Esima (operated by ESIMA LTD) sells travel eSIM data plans, which are 100% digital. There is no physical SIM card and nothing is shipped. Your eSIM is delivered electronically, so there are no shipping costs, customs charges, or delivery delays.

2. What You Receive

After a successful payment you will receive:

  • eSIM QR code: The activation code you scan to install your eSIM profile
  • Manual activation details: The SM-DP+ address and activation code, in case you prefer to install the eSIM manually
  • Installation instructions: Step-by-step guidance for iPhone and Android
  • Order receipt: An email confirmation with your plan, destination, and validity details

3. How and Where It Is Delivered

  • Email: Sent automatically to the email address used at checkout
  • Account dashboard: Available immediately in your Esima account under your eSIMs/orders

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Instant in most cases: The vast majority of eSIMs are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation
  • Automated 24/7: Provisioning and delivery run automatically, day and night
  • Occasional verification: In rare cases an order may be briefly held for security checks; this usually takes no more than 30 minutes
  • Maximum wait: If you have not received your eSIM within a few hours, contact our support team and we will deliver or re-issue it

5. If You Cannot Find Your eSIM

  1. Check your email spam/junk folder
  2. Log in to your Esima account and open your eSIMs/orders
  3. Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout
